efficient staff train station cash deposit reception observation
the location was AMAZING!!! it was near the train station. breakfast had many options with different dishes, the staff was very efficient!!!
i was disappointed to find out i had to pay a €50 cash deposit per person upon arrival. during my time in the reception watching others check in and out nobody else was charged this.

surprisingly great stay
central location discounted parking easy walk
location worked perfect, directly across from eyre square and very central. i had a discounted parking arrangement with qpark at the nearby hynes yard carpark, a nice bonus. the short walk to all downtown areas were easy too.

the hotel offered discounted parking at a nearby qpark, convenient. this arrangement helped reduce parking costs, a welcome benefit with cars. the location near transportation made getting around easy.

the breakfast included both continental and full irish options, quite satisfying. staff kept food replenished efficiently, a great touch. bar service was available downstairs.

prime location breakfast variety helpful staff
The location is really good, placing you right in the heart of the action. i found the breakfast offered a great variety. It was a great start to the day. the staff were very helpful. I appreciated their assistance with directions.
the elevator wasn't working, made going to my room on the upper floors a bit of a hassle. i also noticed that the tv remote was missing its battery cover.

staff members are multilingual, assisting guests in several languages at the front desk. daily housekeeping maintains the rooms, fresh towels and toiletries are always available upon request. staff helped quickly resolve a minor issue with the room safe.
